Dům prodávaný v developerském projektu „shell&shore“ byl dokončen jako vnější obálka s možností zvolit si téměř libovolnou vnitřní dispozici. Zdánlivá výhoda se však při řešení interiéru ukáže jako past: realizace vyžaduje účast všech stavebních profesí jako při stavbě celého domu. Práce architektů je mnohem komplikovanější, jsou omezeni konstrukčním systémem a polohou instalací. Dům by se měl totiž navrhovat „zevnitř“ podle potřeb klienta, mít jasnou koncepci a vnější plášť pak nakonec „obalí“ život v domě.

The house sold in the development project “shell & shore” was completed as an outer envelope with the possibility to choose almost any interior layout. However, the apparent advantage will prove to be a trap in interior design: realization requires the participation of all construction professions as in the construction of an entire house. The work of architects is much more complicated, limited by the construction system and the location of the installation. The house should be designed “from the inside” according to the client's needs, have a clear conception and the outer shell will eventually “wrap” the life in the house.
