Dům zakoupený od developera nebyl – na rozdíl od sousedních – ještě postaven, mohlo se tedy zasáhnout do dispozice. Lichoběžníkový tvar a koncept původního půdorysu nedávaly velkou šanci na úspěšné vyřešení interiéru, po obtížných jednáních s developerem se však podařilo prosadit zásadní změny. Nová poloha schodiště vnesla do dispozice pevný řád, obytný prostor získal rovnoběžné stěny a velkorysý rozměr, nepravidelné tvary půdorysu se využily pro hygienické a technické zázemí nebo úložné prostory.

Unlike the neighboring house, the house purchased from the developer was not built yet, so it could intervene in the layout. Trapezoidal shape and the concept of the original layout did not give a great chance to successfully solve the interior, but after difficult negotiations with the developer, major changes were made. The new staircase has brought a solid order into the layout, the living space has been given parallel walls and a generous dimension, irregular shapes of the floor plan have been used for sanitary and technical facilities or storage spaces.
