V místě je dostačující občanská vybavenost včetně školky, obec tvoří převážně původní předválečná zástavba – jednopodlažní venkovská stavení se sedlovou střechou. Základem návrhu je torzo velkého statku, které navazuje na střed obce s kostelem a hospodou. Rekonstrukcí a dostavbou vznikne malé náměstí s obchody, restaurací i byty. Na ně navazují pozemky s rodinnými domy v jednoduchých liniích, ale sedlovou střechou a tradičními materiály navazující na původní zástavbu obce.

Urbanistic and architectural study solves new housing near Prague. There is sufficient civic amenities in place, including a kindergarten, the village consists mainly of the original pre-war development - single-storey country buildings with a gable roof. The basis of the design is the torso of a large farmhouse, which connects to the center of the village with a church and a pub. Reconstruction and completion will create a small square with shops, restaurants and apartments. They are connected with land with family houses in simple lines, but with a gable roof and traditional materials following the original development of the village.
